Junior Consultant

As an AKTIF consultant, you develop and understand the individual processes and requirements of our customers. Through your concepts and your consulting, you provide custom-fit solutions for the challenges of our customers, based on the software system AKTIF®dataService.

As a member of a project team you will work on adaptations of our software AKTIF®dataService and support us in handling customer projects as well as in internal product development. Responsible, varied tasks and technologies as well as creative work are part of your daily activities. You advise our customers to find the best solutions for their business model. In doing so, you ask a lot of questions and create well-structured concepts for them. Committed and determined talents are just as welcome as established experts. With your solution-oriented outlook, your willingness to keep learning and your creative ideas, you will help your future colleagues, our customers and, above all, yourself to move forward.

What you bring with you:

• University degree in (business) informatics, (business) engineering or similar. Alternatively, at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Ideally previous experience as a consultant in the IT or energy industry sector.
• You are excellent at analyzing and filtering the most important aspects from a vast amount of information.
• You love working out ideas into concepts and presenting them in a structured way
• You have an understanding of technical contexts and the ability to match these with customer requirements
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and team spirit
• Strong awareness of customer satisfaction
• Strong IT affinity and ideally already some experience with the energy market
• German language skills at native level as well as good written and spoken English skills
• Occasional willingness to travel within the scope of project implementations (< 20%)
