With the introduction of smart metering systems, the volume of data in energy data management systems will continue to increase. Particularly in customer management, however, there is still a need to access important information quickly and efficiently.
The objective of this work is to develop a concept for an intelligent user interface that can handle large amounts of data using appropriate procedures (intelligent aggregation, reloading of relevant data, etc.) in such a way that users can access the necessary information with high performance.
