New Customer Portal

  • process-controlled contract conclusion including product-specific individual price calculation and rate calculator
  • integration of an address check and creditworthiness check (assuming conclusion of a contract with a data supplier)
  • generation of offer and contract documents
  • if required, including a content management system for the design of a complete web presentation according to your ideas
  • integrated interface in AKTIF®dataService for automated further processing of new contracts in the subsequent processes (contract management, market communication, billing, ...)
  • display of the supplier change status

Existing Customer Portal

outstanding for residential, bundled and commercial customers with extensive self-service functions

  • display of all contracts, consumption, load profiles and invoices with detailed data for individual and bundled customers, including graphical displays and export of data
  • possibility to enter (address/bank data) changes, meter readings or other information and automated processing of these changes in AKTIF®dataService
  • permanent synchronization of the data with the AKTIF®dataService and thus high topicality of the offered data
  • marketing and sales functions, e.g. contract renewal process or adding more delivery points

Sales Partner Portal

makes work easy for your sales partners

  • display of all delivery points assigned to the sales partner including the information relevant for the sales partner
  • creation and import option of prospect lists, automated transfer as new customers to the follow-up processes of contract management
  • tariff calculator, price calculation and offer generation for private and (bundled) commercial customers
  • generation of contract documents, upload option of signed contracts
  • integration with the settlement module to generate a commission statement
