The end-to-end automation of all business processes in energy logistics is the central theme of AKTIF Technology at E-world 2017 in Essen. The Senftenberg-based energy logistics specialist will demonstrate how market players, from energy distributors and industrial producers to real estate companies, can optimally design and automate their processes with intelligent and integrated cloud solutions for a variety of applications. There will be a special focus on the service solutions in the “AKTIF smart&easy” series, which are available either as software packages or as “process-as-a-service” solutions for entire process chains.
Take energy supplies in Europe, for example: the various legal and regulatory requirements pose major challenges for energy suppliers operating in several countries. AKTIF Technology makes it possible to map all processes, from quotations and supplier changes to balancing group management, billing, and dunning, in compliance with the law, even in neighboring European countries. For many companies, it is also important to consolidate all international locations into a single energy bill. The integrated approach ensures clarity and transparency.
AKTIF Technology also offers an integrated solution for direct marketing. Direct marketing and energy delivery can be handled in a single system, saving time and money. This also includes complex billing processes such as balancing energy marketing and billing for virtual power plants.
Another topic is tenant electricity models: AKTIF Technology offers ready-made complete packages that can be used to map these models in a legally compliant and cost-effective manner and also include integrated utility billing for all media.
