In our Energy Back Office, we handle all tasks for our clients in the energy sector, from customer service to billing and payment processing. As the name suggests, service, reliability, and quality of our work are our top priorities.

As a service employee, after receiving technical training, you will work independently in a team using our AKTIF®dataService software system to handle the business processes we have taken on for our clients. Your activities will include monitoring automated processes, analyzing clarification cases, and carrying out business processes related to accounting, billing, bookkeeping, and payment transactions.

What you bring to the job:

  • A completed (technical) university degree or vocational training, preferably with professional experience in a comparable position.
  • In-depth knowledge of the energy industry.
  • Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems (accounting, billing, payment transactions) and confidence using Office programs.
  • A sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • A responsible and independent approach to work and good communication skills
  • You are good at thinking ahead and prioritizing, value solid time management, and skillfully master stressful phases through proactive planning and preparation
  • A strong understanding of customer satisfaction
  • Native-level German skills and good written and spoken English skills
