Project Manager

As a project manager, you develop and understand the individual processes and requirements of our customers. Through your project planning and organization, you ensure the implementation of their requirements with our software system AKTIF®dataService. As a member of a project team, you will work on adjustments to our AKTIF®dataService software and support us in handling customer projects as well as in internal product development. Responsible, varied tasks and technologies as well as creative work are part of your daily activities. You are responsible for project management within your own projects, monitor the fulfillment of milestones and are the interface between our teams and the users. Dedicated and determined talents are just as welcome as established experts. What you bring with you:

• University degree in (business) informatics, (business) engineering or similar. Alternatively, at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Responsibility for your customer projects and the associated project planning, project controlling and communication with our customers
• Ideally previous project management experience in the implementation of software projects
• Analytical thinking, understanding of technical contexts and the ability to match these with customer requirements
• You can set priorities excellently, value solid time management and master stressful phases skillfully through proactive planning and preparation
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and team spirit
• Strong awareness of customer satisfaction
• Strong IT affinity and ideally already some experience with the energy market
• German language skills at native level as well as good written and spoken English skills
• Occasional willingness to travel within the scope of project implementations (< 20 %)
